Letter from the Daly City Community Garden Alliance to the Daly City Council

On Feb 1, 2022, Jefferson Union High School District approved spending $170,000 for 24/7 security guards ($21,600 per month), more fencing ($16,760) and surveillance cameras ($2,050 per month) to intimidate community gardeners. JUHSD staff presented misleading and inaccurate information to justify the expenditure.
